OF USE

+90 (the "Service") is a data analysis tool that produces completed-match data, statistics and language-model-assisted context analysis. The Service is offered on a membership basis; there are feature differences between the free, Plus and Pro tiers.

The Service does not act as a betting intermediary, is not a betting site, does not take bets and is not a party to money transfers.

No mathematical model offers a guarantee of accuracy. Numerical probabilities are estimates derived from team statistics, past performance and publicly available news. The user's final decision is their own responsibility.

Betting is subject to legal regulation. In the Republic of Türkiye, betting on sports events may only be placed through channels authorised under Law No. 7258; other betting sites/channels are illegal. The Service does not direct anyone to illegal channels.

To use the Service you must be over 18. For age verification the system takes a one-time confirmation; responsibility for a false declaration lies with the user.

• A valid email address is required to register; sign-in with a magic link or with Google is supported.

• You are responsible for the security of your account; do not share your link or session details.

• If multiple accounts, account sales, abuse or bot-automated use are detected, your account is suspended without notice.

• Free tier: a daily analysis limit and selected markets.

• Premium tier: monthly or yearly subscription. The amount and plan content are shown in the app; VAT is included.

• Launch period: until the purchase infrastructure is ready, the Plus and Pro tiers are offered free of charge; no payment method is stored and no automatic charge is made. Users will be informed in advance when purchase opens.

• Cancellation: done with one click through the Stripe / iyzico portal. After cancellation premium features can be used until the end of the period; no refund is made.

• Automated scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorised use of the API.

• Account sharing, multiple parallel accounts, registering with a fake email.

• Using the Service in a way that directs people to illegal betting channels.

• Copying and republishing copyrighted content.

The Service is provided "as is"; no guarantee of accuracy, uninterrupted operation or any profit is given. No liability is accepted for direct or indirect material/moral damages arising from the use of the Service (lost bets, odds changes, wrong predictions, system outages, etc.).

Compensation claims exceeding the Service's annual membership fee are not accepted.

The right to change the terms is reserved. For material changes, notice is sent to the registered email address. Continuing to use the Service after a change means acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are subject to Turkish law. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent to resolve disputes.
